Create a recognition identity

POST https://api.imageintelligence.com/v2/recognition/identities/{namespace}

POST /identities lets you create recognition identities. An identity can be thought of as a collection of associated images (e.g. faces). Identities can only belong to a single namespace and cannot be shared.
